I'm not sure about the humidity but the temp is usually around 80. I'm just about positive it's over watering though; the soil is way too compact and I'm using a Corona bucket with holes poked in the bottom as a pot, terrible drainage...

I think it may be the over watering, I'm using CFL's and the plant is pretty far away so I don't think it's heat. Thanks for responding guys!

I'd say just build one out of wood, you can choose the dimentions and it'll end up being cheaper. If you want tall plants just make the box as tall as it can be in the room you wish to put it in. Good luck with the meds man!

Only the very top leaves on every one of my tops have been drooping and theyre now curling under. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Well you should use a 2/3 ratio of 6500k's to 2700k's aka 23w's for veg and the opposite for flower. Also you want to have more exhaust fans than intake, I've heard it might be even better to have a passive intake.

I already use a power strip with 3 Y-splitters and 27w's with a few on the sides. What I want to do is use a 3x3 ft board and cover it with 5 rows of 5 lights so 25 CFL's altogether, I just don't know how to wire it up. Do any of you guys know how to?

I've seen a few people on here with large boards shaped like refelctors with light sockets for CFL's wired up all over them. Can anyone refer me to a DIY for doing this with 12+ CFL's?

Great replies, I was thinking it may dry the bud out too fast as well. Do you think that would cause a harsh smoke? I'm thinking I'll try some with the cure since I only grew two little plants this harvest, just two half oz nugs for personal :weed: thumbs up for not having to pay for weed lol

A friend of mine just informed me that if a cell phone is dropped in water, to save it, it can be placed in a bowl of rice for a day or two and the rice will extract all of the moisture. He then asked me if this same method could be used to dry a few nugs quickly. Have any of you tried this? or...

So my girl looks real healthy except that the leaves on the very tops of the plant are drooping down. What could be the cause of this? BTW I'm using CFL's, could there be not enough light at the top?

ahhh that makes a lot of sense, I've been using NSR greenleaves bloom and boost formulas but I've been adding a small amount of fox farms grow big because I had heard a little extra nitrogen during flowering can help. But I guess I've been adding too much. Is the black tip on the second picture...

What is wrong with these girls?

I only used 8 cfl's for my first grow and ended up with well over a half oz from one 1 ft tall plant, they work great as long as every part of the plant is real close to the lights. O and the buds were very dense and good sized.

So I harvested last sunday, March 28th, and just put the buds into a jar this morning because the stems finally are snappable. The bud still smells really green and planty, when does the danky smell characteristic of all good pot come into play? the bud looks like it should smell fantastic...
