I flower mine between 9-14 inches. Depending on your space, now or in a couple inches would be good imho.

Are you looking for blue spectrum lights? if you are looking for spectrum range you want to be looking for the Kelvin rating ....6000K etc. Go to Menards or home depot they have theirs labeled below the bulbs as a rule. Or just buy full spectrum bulbs they run 5000k-6000k. Soft white are 2700-3000k.

Well it's not attached to the plant just stuck to it so it will come off. It’s a good idea to try and get them off before it deforms leaves. They may stick tight but it will come off just be careful. Give it another day and see if you can get it.

very very very carefully help it off. I just use my fingers but maybe even use a tooth pick and try to get it off. I do this to all my seedlings and have yet to hurt one…knock on wood.
