Is it noticably beneficial to blow on your plants? I spend a lot of time laying on the floor next to my grow box looking at them... and was wondering if it's worth it to just blow CO2 on them from my lungs for the 5 or so minutes I'm looking at them several times a day.

NEVER? Come on now. Don't you think that's a pretty bold statement.

I know you can order feminized seeds. I'm pretty sure they're not 100% but they have a much higher percentage of female plants than male.
