Fungicide sprays. Soak the plants and the soil. Some fungi help organically, so beware.

I have found in 10 years of organic growing it's difficult to over amend the soil. I use Garden Tone, Flower Tone , worm castings and kelp meal with some lime added to Promix HP

I've never ph'd my water but i am totally organic.
