Definately don't kill it until you see the balls though. You've got a time period before they can do any pollinating. From what I've discovered recently they'll all pretty much look like your picture until they're ready to either show you hairs or balls.

Get ahold of some good nutes and mix them in the water every other time or two times out of three. they should start to perk up. I assume you're in soil. Don't freak out, if you're using high powered light you might raise it up a couple inches. Use the hand test.
