I grew a stardawg plant that fox tailed and put out a few pollen sacks three grows in a row, I suspect due to excessive heat, hps bulb in too small of a tent and inadequate heat extraction. Never tried after resolving the problem, switched plant just in case it was a genetic issue.

If you are sure then its its being zoomed in on underdeveloped leaves that drew me to that conclusion. Its not exactly ideal lighting or photography.

The leaves in the first picture don't look right to me, you see that when soil is too hot, it slows growth dramatically.
