Update: Here's my new setup The lamp shade with dbl mylar seems to help both the plant and the other plants, pistils are squirting out everywhere!

Vegged for 30 days. They are now 10 days flowering. they were 18" when I started flowering, now they are 30" and still growing. Wish my closet had more room :bigjoint:

check out the 2nd thumbnail, doesn't it look like a sac with a stem? Which would be a sign of male and not a calyx

My plant in the 10 gal. pot is showing signs of hermie.

Blurry I know, but I think this plant may be hermie. May start cutting these balls off. Would a calyx really be this big?

My invention/experiment for more bud growth! It's basically a lamp shade with mylar wrapped around the inside. Let's see if my theory will be proven! Female! Female! Female! The 1 male is going outside I will take pollen from him.

Get your priorities in order before you attempt a full-size grow. You obviously don't have the time nor the money to be growing. Your first time grow will probably highly unsuccessful and a compete waste of time and money. GL

Get a magnifying glass 30X and check the trichromes. If they clear they still need time to grow. If they're a cloudy/amber color that means they're done. I would say go 2-3 more weeks and then flush for a week check the trichromes and then harvest. Maybe it's some Kona Gold :weed:

getting caught with a 250w or 400w light is slim to none, but the risk is still there. It's more likely with a 1000w light or a few 600w lights.

They look great! It looks like your growing in a closet, so you should flower around 12"-15" and they will grow to be probably 3 feet or more by the look of your healthy plants with no nute burn. If your using FFOF then they don't really need nutes at all

Your plant looks great, don't need to stress unless the weed plant looks like it's yellowing and close to death (very hard to do at this age). Your plant is green and ready to bud. Let the female do it's thing. Patience is key. The lower leaves looking droppy and yellowing is caused by...

Yeah I don 't know what happened with that one probably caused by heat stress, but the new growth looks nice an green with some white pistils showing as well. I think I'm gonna end up with 3 females and 1 hermie, but a few are still showing signs of sex. Patience is key

The only sure way to know if there done or not is to check out the trichomes. Get a magnifying glass and see if the trichomes are cloudy (body high) or amber (head high). If they're still clear give them another week or two. 9 weeks should be close to done

You should be happy with your first grow. You got what you wanted out of the work you put, the nice buds. Looks like like some nice smoke as well. I'll be back to check out your final product and weight

Well 8 days in Nanja is the first to flower. My 10 gal. plant Eazy-T also looks female. Cartman may be hermie and ganja is still sexing. Sorry about the camera phone macro shots. Nanja is a Female! Cartman is a tranny Eazy-T Female Ganja is Sexing right now Check em!

I have a light coming through my window blinds and into my room. My grow is in the closet of my room, will the little bit of light coming through the blinds affect my plants. I do have panda film around them and one closet door is closed
