Do you have a different picture? Maybe one more from a side view? Not sure of your soil either.... Maybe it was too hot? Did you add nutes? Does it have good drainage? Did you add perlite? Dolomite? I could be wrong but it looks like you've added oatmeal to your soil... or something

Like others have mentioned the drying process will bring on that smell you're after. Freshly harvested bud isn't going to smell like the bag you bought last week, give it time, be patient.

In my experience in re-vegging it took me only a week to see new growth (odd looking growth) Will the odd looking growth eventually look normal again as newer growth appears?

Is it possible to take clones from a re-vegged plant. In other words can you take a plant that you harvested, re-veg it, and make it a mother plant?

I doubt it, you probably shocked it even more by doing that, give a flush since it's back in the original soil.. If that were my plant I would have left in the MG soil and rode it out

Soil burnt it, it's also in shock from the transplant. Yep, it's dying.... Maybe flush? But that MG soil has nutes (if that's the type you bought) Goodluck
