Deformed wavy leaves are a sign of: overwatering, hot temps, slight N toxicity, too high/low pH or a root problem. Doesn't seem overwatered, temps are ok, veins are nice and light green, roots are fine. This just leaves your soil's pH as the main culprit.

This is more probably copper def, looks very much like iron def, but in iron def new growth comes out completly light green or yellow. Molasses of any kind will fix this. 2tbs/gal every watering.

Yeah, there's a billion methods, none more efficienct than the other. I do exactly what edot13 does, pop them in the soil and just let them grow. No bottles, jars, mini-tents or stuff like that. I just mist them twice a day and I've never had any problems.

Twisted leaves like that are a sign of either a too high humidity or a wrong pH. I suggest you also check the roots for any damage.
