ya ive seen those there made of cellulose, but i still am not a fan of them, they cellulose may be better for you than paper but it doesnt burn as well, and its stil thicker than papers. i would rather just stick to paper

im pretty sure that wouls be a hermie, otherwise is it possible that it got pollenated/ cant really tell from the pics. also, your plants seem to be a little dry and crispy, they could use some more water i think.
