Ive seen the same thing your seeing when I first started and it freaked the shit out of me too. Wait till it is a little more mature and these buds waiting to open will be all over your plants.

Did you notice the pics of the seeds? They were clusters. Did you have any clusters? If it is just one, it is a female bud that hasnt opened yet.

I would make sure that your problem really is the pot size before transplanting. First week of flower is not a time to stress your plant. Maybe you could take a pic and someone here can help you. Good luck to you

What type of lighting is being used? What spectrum? How far away from the plant? Need more info to help.

How do you sex your seedlings. I read an idea on here somewhere (I wish I could remember where I saw it to give the guy his due credit). You take a cutting from your plant needing to be sexed then put that clone(s) in the flower room. Obviously keep track of which clone came from which plant...
