If you can afford an HPS that's your best bet. Look into a 250w or 400w at least, but the more watts you get with an hps the better.

Thank god you have pictures now! I believe the problem is most definitely a nutrient deficiency problem. I could guess that there is a manganese deficiency from too much magnesium in which case you'd need to treat with any feed containing Mn(manganese), but I would trust one of the other more...

assuming you have the space, 1 oz would be a good expectation with the 400w. probably closer to 2oz with a 600w EDIT: a 1000w would probably give you 2oz no problem... but the more the marrier :)
