Buy a good ppm and ph meter. I hear coco plants need nutrition early on and extra calmag. Little plants cant take much so you'll want to really have a good ppm meter to measure the nutrient strength of water.

I am not sure an aquarium Kessil will be of any good for horticulture. I think four H380's would be better to flower by supplimenting a 1000K light. In short get the right Kessil for the right job.

Best piece of advice I can give you. Nobody wants to spend much.....but even one girl needs 200-300 watts to flower. So when it comes down to your precious cash, don't skimp on light or odor control.
