You're gonna need a lot more light if you choose to stay cfl, or you could take the money you're gonna spend on those bulbs and get a 400w hps(around $175.00) and really flower those girls.

You can introduce Co2 into your growing area, it will allow the plants to withstand higher temps.The problem with an A/C is that the device itself is a heat source.

I'm not an expert on led's but I haven't heard anything good about them. You may want to switch to cfl's in the 2700k range since you're into flower.

This plant is 22 days old and is beginning to yellow on the lower leaves. I'm using FF ocean forest and I ph my water to 6.4 every time. Looks like you've got a ways to go, another 6 to 8 weeks possibly, maybe more. You might want to move them inside if thats an option(not sure how cold).
