as long as its just pulverized limestone with nothing else in it, youre fine,.... the one to look out for is hydrated lime this kind can burn plants but its a lot more expensive,... if youre getting lime around 3-6 dollars a big, like 40 lb bag youve got the kind that wont burn the plant
