you need a new reflector... Air cooled..... Your biggest problem will be heat..

Here's what I did..... 424cfm inline fan....vent to the attic passive intake..... can easily add carbon filter, Lots of airflow

I bought the same cabinet. I added 2 pc fans for intake outake. I suggest and am in the process of doing. Make Bottom hole passive intake. and vent one end of light through fan out the top hole. When it smells.. get a small jar of Ona Gel... :weed: Happy growing...And Don't Worry. 400W is...

All Right VV!! This is what I'm like 98% sure I'm gonna do. My light came. 1 to start. Room stays a good temp when Light is on. So I will get a 6" inline duct fan 250cfm. Use that in my set up. I need a passive intake some where. there is a 1" gap under my door. Will that work as a passsive intake?

I ordered a 600W HPS Digital Ballast Light and reflector on 2/26. E-mailed them 2x asking for a tracking #. And have been calling. Can't seem to get any respons from them. My status still says processing. I hear nothing but great things. Its been a week and I don't think it's been shipped...

I converting my extra bedroom into a grow area. It is a 10'x10' Grow Room. 2 600W HPS. 1 400W MH in the closet for vegging. Need to keep heat down. My questions are: Can I vent the Lights only? Ducting from the attic through the lights, Fan, and back into the attic? Is the Room big enough...

I decided to do exactly that. 16 2gallon Buckets. in a 4x4' area it fits great with plenty of room to let them grow out. My thought Exactly with the Veg. 12" Then Flower. :mrgreen:

I figured I would Veg in 1 gallon pots for 2 weeks then to Flower...... Right now I have a small cabinet. I grow 18-24 plants in 6" pots.. No veg. Clone to flower. under a 400W. Want to go way bigger.. Thanks for the imput

I'm getting a 600W HPS light and have a 4 foot by 4 foot grow area. I will use soil as my medium. I cant decide what size pots and how many to have under the light. I was originally thinking of having 16 plants in 1 gallon pots. Does that sound about right? or Should I go 2 gallon pots with 16...
