I think i see a problem here.... when we talk about amber, clear, cloudy, we are talking about the trichomes, or crystals, on the buds. You cannot go solely on the appearance of the 'hairs' or pistils. Use a magnifying glass of 30-60X scope/loupe and check em out. heres a quick guide...

i would pick the un-topped one, looks done from what i can see, althought u can only tell under a scope. with hazes u should pick with cloudy trichs and maybe a few amber, the nice uplifting high will go away and become coucklock if you let em get too ambered.
