You may want to consider putting those lights horizontally and raising the plants. I cant see you getting much bud otherwise!

Would be sufficient. But not ideal. People grow in their pc cases, so you can get bud, maybe 1/4 per plant if you do well!

Lawl. I can just put a 5amp fuse in and replace the 3amp. I cant honestly see anything going wrong, the cable is pretty good, it will be well insulated, ive done much worse in the past...

Don't mean to be rude. But, you really either need some more LED wattage in there, or even some CFLs, that baby isn't growing very well, shes stretching so much.
