Attitude is a great seed bank, fast and reliable. Plus they give out freebies too (I just ordered 5 fem seeds.. got 2 more fems and a 5 pack of skunk) I'm a huge fan of their pick and mix fem seeds. You can buy as many or few as you want, lots of amazing varieties and they're real cheap too...
