That was an awesome season finale last night.. have watched every episode of the first season, loved it.. i was hooked after the first episode, (actually the first 10 mins.. the part with the nun and the boyfriend had me rollin on the floor)... anyways it's hilarious but with some smarter darker...

i had over 300W of CFL's and switched to an 600W HPS for flowering... used the CFL bulbs in light fixtures around the house (most on dimmer switches... they are a little brighter) and took out the 100/60W bulbs... conserved more househould electricity and the bill went down

you can try to clone it, 3 weeks is pretty late to clone but they can root souccesfully.. is this your first time cloning?

you probably wanna pH higher than 5.7, that seems to be more a number that would be used in a hydro setup, i always aim to pH my water to around 6.5 for a soil grow but a pH under 7 should suffice... if u are going to change the pH of your solution from 5.7 to say 6.7, do it over a couple...

if its your first grow, just try the bag seeds, then you wont feel as bad when u inevitably kill a few accidently... if u feel comfortable and have a decent setup then go out and lay some cash down for some real seeds, u won't regret it.. as for plant height, your guess is as good as mine...

you could also try misting.. make sure to do with an HID light off

just leave the shell on.. the shell will be ontop of the soil and you'll have a nice set of cotyledon leaves showing in the morning

if u dont think its going to be ready for harvest before it frosts and if its only going to frost this one night, throw a blanket/garbage bag over it, water the soil really well before night time (you want all the water u can get in the plant, H20 can stay as a liquid and not freeze for a short...

So 3 weeks after the plants sprouted i was finally able to pH the water... turns out that it's between 7.5-8.0, closer to 8 which isnt too good at all.. is there any household item i can use like vinegar to bring the ph down or do i have to go and buy a chemical from some shop, etc.. would i...

just a suggestion, but to make your life easier u may wanna seperate those new kids into 2 pots or they'll fight... for light/nutes/water, u get the point :blsmoke:

so how long would u keep them inside for? u could veg them inside for a few months and then let em grow outside in the spring/summer till harvest... what exactly is your plan? vegging for 6 months until the weather is suitable for outdoors would take a little space, the plant would be massive...

lol, they haven't burnt yet, the first few days the light was 3' above the plants, gradually lowered it down to 20"... i think... somethin like that anyways..

After trying with CFL's, i did some research and made the investment in a HID light, 600W HPS to be exact... the new, healthy growth is astonishing... just look from the 14-15.. i've never seen our grows do this well indoors, so happy right now... i dunno why i ever tried using CFL's to flower...

i would also love an anwser to that question, i'm running a 600W setup too.. my relative hum. is about 35-40% with the HID... when i was runnin the CFL setup, my hum. was about 65-70%... i've been using a humidifier and its suckin about 2x as much water as before.. prolly due to my 'exhaust'...
