Lime green to yellow leaves early flower

Next time add a good layer of compost with a handful of feather meal and alfalfa mixed into the compost, right before you switch into bloom. Also using fish emulsion during flower is super helpful, growing in soil it is hard to keep up with nitrogen demands of plants. I’ve found the feather meal...

    Thrips day 42 of flower

At this point in the game I would t worry about it, thrips so pretty minor amounts of damage from what I’ve seen, I would t sprain anything where you are at in flower

    Thug pug genetics anyone?

PBB for me was little overhyped, only grew half pack but in terms of structure and yield the plants weren’t good. Made for good pictures, effects were ok but nothing that really stood out for me. Most impressive part of PBB plants were the smell, very unique and super super strong. Would be cool...

    Grow-A-Long with Dick

I’ll jump in Bed full of homemade soil, started off based off the Cornell soil recipe but that was roughly four years ago. Been adding home made compost made from chicken bedding and food garden waste along with assorted dry ammendments based on soil tests. Most recently I added a bunch of...

    AK Bean Brains

Ah Gotchya, yea I’m pumped for this one. Was expecting this cross to be kind of wild, thin leaf type but it is growing much more like a hybrid as of now. Can’t wait to see the what the flowers look like.

Planted 5 7 of 9 seeds only had 3 come up, one male one female and one runt. The female pictured here about to go into flower. Haven’t seen any pics of this one from TP on here. Will update with some flower shots as things progress.

Can I work with this soil?

Unlike melich-3 test and other traditional soil tests, soil savvy tests are reporting PLANT AVAILABLE nutrients. The traditional soil tests gave you the physical composition of the soil. Big difference especially for the hobbyist Gardner. These tests are super useful and I test my soil 3-4 times...

    bodhi seeds

3 confirmed females and one unconfirmed but likely female soulmates. Lot of talk of this cross as of late, pumped to see how these do. They’ll be planted into the bed and put into bloom early next week. I hope to find something worth keeping out of these 4 , very different structure to them.

Looks and sounds exactly like the SSDD plant I grew outdoor this year. Super frosty and beautiful lime green buds, even in full sun. Good luck

    CSI humboldt thread

Check the broad leaves on this Bubba x mendo purps. Only plant that germinated/survived out of 3 seeds planted. Slow lateral growth but easy going and massive fans, should be good. Pop those paper packs now as I think they are going to be problematic

Yea everyone just needs to take a deep breath. Just seeds after all, hopefully this thread doesn’t turn into the green point shit show. Some of the best growers on this site post in here, let’s keep it positive!

A lot of you guysa in here appear to be running sealed rooms with co2 so figured good place to ask. Looking for recommendation for a CO2 monitor ? I don’t run any supplemental co2 abut have a feeling my soil is producing a lot of co2, want to make sure that levels are on point

Local hydro shop makes a compost tea using cow manure and bio char..good?

Cow manure makes great tea. There are a lot of benefits to cow manure other than the NPK values. Go for it, not sure on the reasoning to adding bio char to the tea unless some of the char is poured into the container when you buy it? Maybe I’m missing something that someone else can chime in on

Anyone Else Have Problems With Intense LED's and Organic Super Soil?

Yea what I have found helps in switch from synthetic growing is to try and think ahead in terms of the plants needs and fertigate/add compost accordingly. You know the plant is using a load of energy during the first 2-3 of bloom so if you can get that stuff in prior to the increased demand...

Anyone Else Have Problems With Intense LED's and Organic Super Soil?

I use Epsom salts heavily in my veggie garden as it has proven to be super beneficial in staving of blossom end rot in tomatoes. I also give my cannabis bed good dose of epsom salts like roughly 2 tbsp/gal of water, watered in when I flip into bloom and again 2-3 weeks later. I don’t believe...
