Humidity domes traps humidity- more than available outside the dome. When you remove a seedling from the dome you cant let her dry out like that. She's going to need a little help the first few days outside the dome staying moist. Just doing overdue it.

You have a nutrition problem. Most likely you will find that your ph is off. When the ph is off various nutes get locked out. Check out a sick plant chart, I'll bet you'll identify more than one deficiency.

Best option is to chill lol and enjoy the kush If your worried you have an off ph why not just flush with some distilled or RO water from the grocery store. Add B1 and correct ph to help reduce plant shock. I add B1 to everything I do.

Nute burn- your stunting them. I would flush with room temp water with B1 added at 4ml per Gal. Soak the soil first if its dry and use 3 x the volume of the grow container in B1 water to flush.
