Well, make sure you get the right cfl. It has to put out the right color light. Blue light (around 6500K) for veg, red (2500K) for flowering. Check out the GrowFAQ on fluorescents also. -Alex

Looks good so far. The method that you used to germinate the seeds, what does that do? I'm trying it out right now. The seeds should sink to the bottom then you put them in the paper towel, right? -Alex

I wouldn't do that because I don't think that's too safe. Just use a converter that's matched or close to the amount of voltage the fan takes. -Alex
