Well, I think your talking about "Kine" Bud, which means the same thing as kind bud, but "Kine" is the correct term. It means that its high quality marijuana. There's no way we can tell you which strain it is. Pictures could help, but we can't be sure. -Alex

When fluorescents break, the mercury is released into the air. There's only more or less about 6mg of mercury in there, so if you have good ventilation you should be fine. -Alex
