So the grow store where I live is way over priced and hardly carries what I need. So I have switched to buying most everything online. Looking for 4 new hps bulbs. I want the best bang for the buck. Any ideas on where or what?

Keep it at 76-80, humidity is lower than id like at 35, because it's glue. Growing in sunshine advanced soil, with earth juice nutes.
