8 is so small :o my lil girls jumped to 34 inches today on day 9 of flowering. Your light looks good for now but will have to start moving it up within the next few weeks, the more light the better. Good luck bongsmilie

600w hps 6 inch cool tube, I got two others I ran it under 24 hour light during veg! If only I had this tree last Christmas :/

She's a regular. But yea I wasn't sure when to start trimming her up. also I've been running into what I think is a nitrogen defciency on one of my girls in veg, I use coco coir and been giving em all the nutrients including CalMag but can't seem to get the nitrogen right, do u suggest up'ing...

i am currently on day 8 of flowering, 33 inches tall and she is pretty fat. This is my first grow just looking for opinions & tips, and to show her off a little. Little over 2 months in veg & im curious as to how tall she's gunna get after the full stretch :o also I've heard blackstrap molasses...

I've heard if you let the temp drop to low 60s during lights off in flowering it helps give the buds color

You can plant it as soon as the tail pokes out though I usually wait till it's a little longer

I agree 2 400w would be best for a smaller tent, if you got room you should get a bigger tent, I got about 8x8 with two 600w hps and plent of room for plants, though I only use the tent as a veg room, had to get another light for flowering room cause the girls are gunna be atleast 50+ inches...

Yeah but he has one tent and one light how will he have 3 plants flowering and the rest vegging in the same tent with different light cycles?

I had this exact problem. So I was forced to build a flowering room & order a extra 600w light, it's for the best. The size your plants are now you definitely won't need 6 gallon pots, so I would just stick with 3 gallons in flowering your yield won't be great but hey weed is weed

I've always used damp paper towels with seeds between them folded and put in a air tight mason jar, never had a seed that didn't sprout. Good luck

I'm going to transplant into this 15 inch, the plants are 28 inches tall and I just put them in flowering so I will feel a lot more comfortable knowing they have all the room they need. But then again this is my first grow so I'm not 100% on everything.

Absolutely need more light. Also I suggest a tool that measures the wetness of the soil I got myself one at Lowes for $8 so now I know exactly when to water and how much

Well I'm looking at the pot now and turns out it's a 12 inch I completely thought it was a 15, so if I transplanted now would that hurt at all?

on my first grow here I veg'd two females for two months on 24 hours light under a 600w HPS bulb. Plant height is already 28 inches and I'm on day 3 of Flowering. Estimating after the flowering stretch my trees could get around 5-6ft tall :o please leave some comments guys thanks!

To be honest idk the exact gallon count for the pots I believe the tags just said 15 inches on them, but if need be I can transplant into a 5 gallon, I'm about to start using 5 gal paint buckets
