I've only used HPS, but I can tell you from HPS lights you will get dense buds and more yield, mh are arguably just as good but tend to give you more trichomes on buds. It's all about what you prefer, I love dense buds and heavier yields lol

One thing I noticed first time I took acid was that I loved being outside a hell of a lot more than inside. The trees & grass dance, and the wind sings. Trippy.
