For seedlings I would definitely keep them under T5's. You can keep them close, they aren't going to cause any burn or be too intense. Once you have four or five nodes you can move them over to the 600W

$50 for a seed is a hell of a lot especially for a regular. If you think you have a 50/50 chance of a female and then have to search for the right phenotype within the strain you could be spending close to $1000 or more just to find that one right plant.

That's quite interesting. Your formula looks quite a bit lower in strength to many I've seen from other growers or even what I used. Were you finding you were getting nute burn or are you finding this is your sweet spot?

3 gallon should be fine just get a good wet dry cycle going so your roots really develop during the first 30 days. It will make things go so much more smoothly in the flowering cycle.

Do you veg in the same room? If you do going to more plants will mean a quicker turnaround time. The other advantages to more plants is it's easier to fill the canopy and maximize yield. Of course less plants means less plants to water, less clones/seeds and a few other advantages. Really...

Some things to look out for is that Coco needs lower ph to soil, it's inert so you will need to add nutrients as soon as the plant needs them, you will probably have to add more Cal mag then you have been, you will probably water more then you did before and more frequently.

Try rotating the plants around and put the larger ones on the outside and the smaller on the inside. Also do a little LST on the larger ones. Tie them outwards and let them grow bushier but it should keep their heights down and let the smaller one to catch up

DWC in a 2ft by 4ft plastic box with a lid. Cut the lid at the about 1/3 down the length and then connect it with hinges. you can then put 2-4 net pot plants in the holes you make and you don't need to lift anything but the hinged section to check your system.
