Can you vent the heat out? A powerful enough fan will be able to pull out a good amount of the heat especially if you can get it at ceiling height and vent it out of the house.

Your temps in the room plus the added heat mat would be extreme for clones. Your room temp is already on the high side for clones especially with a dome and all the humidity that goes with it so you would find the temperature under the dome to be a few degrees higher then the ambient of the room.

Way too many variables for anyone to give you any information. Things like the size of the grow, the plant count, the light spread, veg and flower times, variety of plants, health of clones/seedlings, planned environmental conditions and your own ability

Managed to get my Gavita DE 1000W for $400 a pop from a wholesaler who asked for cash upfront and had to wait a month but the saving was worth it. It's for a 4x8 foot. It's a decent deal but if you have some technical know how and some building skills you can DIY a set for less them half the price

Personal choice. I like HPS because I've worked with them before and know they work well while at the same time they have a much lower startup cost and with my relatively low energy costs I can get by perfectly. If I was planning a long term grow that I know will still be operating in 5+ years...

In the current environment seeded weed is just not sell able but it still smokes and still does the job. Would have kept growing it for personal use.

You could try throwing an air stone and air pump system to keep things moving around or if you don't want to do that you could also throw in a small pump that is used just to move the solution in the tank around

The 9 weeks on the seed packets are normally just a recommendation and different pheno's behave differently. I would probably wait a few days till I started to see more cloudy/milky trichomes but some close up shots would give us a better idea

LED's are getting cheaper and are very efficient while needing lower amounts of cooling. If you do want to go this way look into making your own. You get maximum wattage for the lowest price and you can build them to suit your grow space. Lot's of info on the subject in the LED lighting...

What have you used before? I would use the coco peat and just use your home made Calmag

That's an extreme drop. Have you checked your PH pen just to make sure it's properly calibrated?

Have you look at your trichomes under a strong magnifying glass/small hand microscope? Are they turning milky?

What brand of Coco are you using? Coco is inert and shouldn't have any nutrients in it unless you've added them which you said you haven't so nutrient burn should be out. Did you treat the coco in anyway before you used it for the first time?
