Can i add a 4100k 200w to my current grow(42 days flower) or is it pointless since its 4100 and the plant will not use alot of the light correct?

i use 5 gal pots and when i water i have tuppawear underneath then after i water with 1 gallon i wait like 1 to 3 mins and lift the pot out and poor out the RO and replace the tuppawear back while some access water drains it isnt enough to cause rootROT. Thats what i do.
