    Pathogens

Indicas grow better in northern climats since they have more resistance to cold and more chlorophyll. Diesels are sativa dominant. Also you want encounter soil pathogens 90% of the time. If a plant is healthy it actually can produce different phenols to fight pathogens. Lamp

    600w setup

Yeah no doubt. One 600 is nothing though, as far as power bill. I would get like 8 cfls and sockets, it wouldnt cost much, and it would help the outside plants tremendously.

Oh and give them some dark time to help stimulate root growth, and lessen the rate of transpiration.

    Babies Are Now Home! Pics!

Yes yellowing means they are converting nutrients into material that can be used for the root development. They look really thirsty though. Put some saran wrap over the top of that but dont let it touch the leaves. You may have to tape tooth picks on thw corners. Poke a few holes for...

Yeah Jorge Cervantes talks about how much better the double wing is. Hopefully that will work out but i still think you could use more lighting. Hell even some cfls hanging around the main light. Lamp

    first time growing..

With good soil you wont need nutes during veg. I take it you have a low budget, so just get some good soil, and use 2 liter soda bottle or larger (pretzel jars, whatever), pots are cheap though. As far as flower goes i recommend you get a good flowering nute, and some molasses. Lamp

    first time growing..

Okay, so, ive seen someone grow a plant in just direct sunlight from a window. Its possible, but they had to keep moving the plant everyday and keep a box over at night to keep the 12/12 right. Otherwise you need to get some CFL lights from lowes and some sockets for them.

    600w setup

You need more lights, you could run 2 600's in that space, or a 1000. But a 600 will do. The plants in the center will be REAL nice the surrounding will be alright. Good luck Lamp

Which way is better to germinate my seeds???

I wouldnt put them in the fridge but im sure it wouldnt hurt, its pretty cool in the spring when they germinate naturally. The best is inoculated peat pellets or plugs. These pellets usually have bacteria that helps the roots develop and use nutrients and minerals more effeciently. Lamp

Seedlings in distress! Crumpled Leaves! Pics! Help!

If they do pick up id imagine it would be 4-5 days after the soil has dried out well and you water again. You may also want to try some superthrive, it has mixed reviews, but none are negative, its really cheap, and you can get it at lowes.

Probably alot of people do. Just like mothers running to there baby at every little gesture, eventually they learn to not over analyze every situation. Hopefully they will pull out but most seedling ive seen like that didnt pull through. I want to say thats a mutation but i doubt its 4 mutated...

Seedlings in distress! Crumpled Leaves! Pics! Help!

They look overwatered and it does look like earlier pH damage. Let that soil dry up good before you water again.

Just did a soil test/seedling nute

Because its so easy to burn seedlings. Also i depends on the medium, this is targeted directly at soil, and quality soil at that. Alot of common cheaper soils like MG already have nutes also so a nute burn is easy. Light application in a young stage is beneficial, but its easier for noobs to...
