Did you use nutrient solution in your flush or just plain water? They say not to use straight water because it messes with the buffering capacity of coco, although I have seen many people do this with no I'll effect. What ec are you feeding her?

Pic of the whole plant would help. Can you give us a little more information about your grow. Soil / hydro, fertilizers, lighting, temps, humidity.

Don't worry about the stretch. Bury them up to the cotyleden solves the issue.

How far are your lights? Are you using hid lighting? What are you feeding her?

Looks like nutrient burn. That 0-50-30 mono potassium phosphate is some potent shit. 530 ppm is way more than I feed my mother plants. I'm on the .5 conversion scale. Are you in soil or a soilless medium?

What is your fertilizer regime? Could be mixing too strong. How often are you applying and at what strength?

The only reason to run peroxide in your cloner is to kill the bacteria that may form in the water. It helps if you are having bacterial problems. Bleach works fine too.

The grow nutrient you are using is designed to be used in conjunction with their micro and bloom formula. It is not a complete nutrient formula as a stand alone. Def give her a little nutrient dose. Make sure you let your soil dry out a bit before watering it again. I have had problems with overwatering in fox farms soil. Otherwise looking good.

You can also do a small bed of coco. And maximize your space for roots. Square pots work nicely as well for individual care of plants in tightly packed rooms.
