    Advanced Nutrients' Secret.

Absolutely. I'd bet this was orchestrated by one of their competitors. I mean who else would be looking to smear them like that? Stupid really. Everyone knows Advanced Nutrients is top shelf.

    faster rooting clones.

I never really subscribed much to the idea that where you took your cuttings from on the plant made a lot of difference on how fast the rooting would happen. I tried a little unscientific experiment with my last batch of clones, keeping track of which ones came from where. I couldn't find any...

    Hobbyist/Expert Grower Bundle

Hey guys, I haven't been around a lot recently but I figured if anyone would know it would be you guys. I'm wanting to try out that new stuff Advanced Nutrients is making... that "Bigger Yields Flowering System" thing. Specifically I'm talking about their Hobbyist and Expert Grower bundles...

    Advanced Nutrients

Yup. I imagine more than a few of the growers out there that try AN and get the same results as they did with whatever else they use just stop there and assume "they're all the same". But how long did it take them to dial in their previous nutes? I'd bet if they're getting the same results on...

    Advanced Nutrients

Assuming that's true, it's a bad thing because... ? As cool as it would be to have some secret nutrient that no one has ever heard about, those companies either fail or get big enough that everyone has heard of them. I actually want AN to be successful. That means they'll keep selling the...

    Supersized NGB-Style Grow Cab

Count me in. Looks like it oughta be a good grow and you're using my favorite nutes so I'm always looking for more experiences there.

Can you recommend some advanced nutrients products??

It's easy to think that what you're using great if you've never used anything else. I've used some GH and some AN and between the two I'll keep buying the Advanced Nutrients. Voting with my wallet, as it were.

do i need to use bloom booster in organic growing ?

Bloom boosters don't necessarily have massive PK numbers. It's a question of ratio. How much P and K there is compared partly to each other, but mostly to N. Look at Big Bud - it's 0-2-4 or something like that. It doesn't really matter what the numbers are, it's the ratio and the...

This is how we do it on the other side (Was the $26,500 Thread)

That's a good design. If you're worried about cold/hot water mixing too fast you could put a baffle in the top to keep the hotter incoming water from pushing down deep into the reservoir, but I don't really think that'd be necessary. I've seen similar equipment before but if you could update...

Advanced Nutrients Overdrive VS. Atomi Bloombastic

I like Big Bud better than FF additives, but I don't have any experience using Big Bud with the rest of the FF stuff so I can't say for sure how well they interact. But Big Bud makes a huge difference for me so I would think it should do really well for you too.

do i need to use bloom booster in organic growing ?

Need is a strong word. It depends on what you consider to be a "need". Do you "need" a 3/4 pound home-made burger with the onions and seasonings ground up and cooked into the meat with fresh tomatoes and all the trimmings? Or do you just "need" food? You don't need it in the "your plants...

    bloom juice? need help!!!

Absolutely. Crap lighting and stellar nutes is about the same as stellar lighting and crap nutes. You've got to put it all together or you're holding back your plants. Once I got AN dialed in it made a believer out of me. Holy crap, what a difference! Never looked back.

Four 10x10 tents, no expense spared, full Advanced Nutrients line... You better believe I'm subbed! Oh, and it was San Rafael that was where "420" was born. If you don't agree with this simple fact (that it was about a dozen students there who coined the usage of the term) do some research...

Is fox farms Tiger bloom a good fert for flower?

I'd agree. Of everything FF makes their soil is the best thing to buy. I don't use soil a lot, I tend to use Sunshine mix #4 more so I can really put my nutes to work, but yeah. You know, if you really want to go 100% organic you can still do that with Advanced Nutrients. They've got plenty...

Advanced Nutrients Overdrive VS. Atomi Bloombastic

Exactly. Plants need a lot of different things to reach their full potential. You have to have all the elements together or you fall short. Not that this is such a terrible thing, not being perfect can still leave a fantastic harvest, but there's room for improvement. Whether you call that...

Can you recommend some advanced nutrients products??

Sure. First off I'd say that you got the best stuff already - I can't say enough for the Sensi and Big Bud. That stuff is pure win. If I could only pick one more thing? That's a toughie. I suppose I'd have to choose between Voodoo Juice and Overdrive. At the start of a grow that'd be...

    mh or cfl?help me

My rule of thumb is to always put as much light over a plant as I can cool for. I'd put wall-to-wall 1000w bulbs if I could find a way to keep them cool enough. Well, that and someone else to buy them for me. CFLs are cheaper to run and don't get anywhere near as hot, so they have good uses...

advanced nutrients sensi grow+2 in soil Help

I've used it on potted plants and in my garden, mostly by just draining my reservoir when it's time to replace the nutrients and used the old solution to water the garden and such. It works great, I think.

How's that going for you? It made a huge difference for me.

will using microbes and fungi reduce required watering?

I can't think of how they would cause overwatering. My understanding is that they make all the nutrients more accessible. If you're not seeing any symptoms of nute burn I don't think the nutes are too strong. There might actually be some kind of lock-out or something, a minor micronutrient...
