i would definitely wait it out. im assuming this is your first grow. we always want to rush our first time. in two weeks if 50-75% of the white hairs have turned red on the main colas then harvest them and let the side ones go a bit longer. :p

well the carbon filter would be inside the room attached to the outtake fan. and no you dont need co2 its just a nice bonus. co2 helps your plants grow faster and makes buds become more dense. if you have the right light, then you will have dense buds without co2. :)

you wont get the greatest ventilation, but for what you have i would suggest mounting computer fans on the door to suck in fresh air, and then a rotating fan inside the room to blow that air around. thats probably the best thing you could do in your situation. and as for co2 it is not necessary...

yeah definitely, if air doesnt move around it becomes stagnant and its not good for plants, its like putting a plastic bag over your head and trying to breathe, not that comfortable. you need to constantly have air flow, the only time i turn my fans off is when my co2 comes on. carbon absorbs...

hmm, well i guess what you can do is just line the bottom with like 4 computer fans. just to suck in as much air as possible. and also get a rotating fan for the inside to try and move as much air as possible around.
