the home hardware near my house has a 4ft shot light for 15dollars fits 2 tubes and tubes are cheap. but i cant really get anything for cfls

in a couple of days i am planning on adding a couple cool whites in another shop light would that help? i have already started so i am kind of in need of a quicker solution now.
