the bottle says 2 tbsp per gallon every 3 weeks. alaskan fish fertilizer. 5-1-1 im using about 1 tbsp per 1/2 liter water should i wait 3 weeks? :-|

sorry i didnt explain. the plant had alot of trouble for the first 3 weeks of its life, so that's why its so small. its old enough to start flowering i think (4 weeks and more) but its under 18/6, and im not trying to flower

they look great except for the fact that they are a little bit yellow on the tops. even some are white. light or heat stress id say. as for the lights, depending on where you are, you could stick em outside.
