I have brown spot. I thought it would be calcium since it effects chlorophyl and cell structure. The yellow has a bit of brown.. nitrogen def. Doesn't create brown does it?

Try useing a twistie tie from bread and prop the seedlings up. When you transplant remember to fill soil to the cover her up. Get her closer to the light.

Should I spray the plant with the Epson salt water and do regular distilled watering with nutes? Or should I also add the Epson salt to the water used for the soil and nutes?
