I've never had to contact them other than thru email which they responded to within a day. Have ordered 3 Hortilux bulbs on 3 separate occasions and recevd them fast.

If you want to go 24 hours dark before flowering, just turn lights off 24 hours before you're ready to start (i.e. 8am),then 24 hours later, set your timer and your good to go. I promise your plants wont have problems. Good luck!

In my experience, light will be your greatest factor. Try not to skimp on lights, you'll save in the long run.
