No, the clone won't stretch like a seed grown plant. However since the plant the clone is coming from is in flower, you may see some weird looking leaves as the clone reverts back to veg.

Your light is either too small or the wrong kind, and it's too far away from your plant. If you don't change anything, yes it will always stay that way.

Try a little superthrive in the water to nudge those roots along.

I"d say too wet..soil looks pretty damp, leaves have water drops on em, looks like a bottle or something in one pic with condensation all over it. The humidity gets too high these plants will grow fungi, leaves will wilt, get brown and die.

The leaves with the little spots look like splattered paint is likely spider mites.

When I grew with a 250 I would get similar results. Taste and high ok, buds too fluffy. Changed to a 600W and now get bigger denser buds.

If you're growing in a place owned by someone else (any rental unit) consider getting a wardrobe closet from home depot to grow in. They can't look in anything you own; cabinets, dressers, etc... But by law they are allowed to look in any room or closet which is a part of the rental unit. Good...
