    No you dont wait till theyre poking out, but the thought behind what youve heard is that once you flower a plant you will have much less root growth and way more flower growth. so like htsause said, transplant into final pot give it at least a week, then go ahead and flower.

    HELP PLZ first time grower with sick plants

    curling with drooping is an indicator of over watering i.e. your flush. Let them dry out for a few days and they should be fine. Your buddy is correct, you need to water all the way thru but then you have to let the soil dry out almost entirely before watering again.

    Theyre doin fine, just be patient. you got 4-6 weeks left and alot of your "swelling" youre hoping for comes in the last two weeks. Lookin good and stay patient. Im a soil guy but i would say your ppms souind a little low for that far into flower.
