Yeah, I agree that running that much light in your grow can be challenging. Based on the tent size, you may want to look at dividing it into 4-3x3 blocks, so using a 320-watt qb-style fixture over each block would give you great results.

I don't see any useful specs on ppf output, but based on power consumption it should be able to generate sufficient light levels to flower a 2x2 footprint. It should be fine.
