The only thing I do on outdoor grows is using some caging to give the plant support. I find that's really important as the plant gets BIG. I will train branches around the perimeter to grow through the cages as support but that's pretty much it.

I'd say as long as you can get the lid to seal, it'll be quite nice. I've made bubbler cloners and misters, but to be honest I have the best results just sticking a cutting in a rockwool cube in a clone dome and heat mat.

If you're set on running a 3x3, I would opt for a 320-watt fixture. Meanwell drivers run 240, 320, 480, and 600-watt models. The 240 isn't enough to properly light a 3x3, the 320-watt will be a better choice. I always say that too much is just right...

Most of the plants I grow occupy a 2x2 footprint. Using top-tier diodes like the lm301h.you'll need a MINIMUM of 30 watts/sqft of canopy for best results. I started with economy Amazon blurples 5 years ago, every one of them is sitting in the closet. Will they grow weed??? Of course, they will...

I don't think they will seal the top layer. I just make a drench using mosquito dunks with BT as a biological deterrent.

I'd say as long as you're following their recipe for the growth cycle, then the only other thing that I do is to allow my solution ph to range from 5.8 to 6.4 over the 10-14 days I run the solution. The variation in ph impacts how bio-available the elements are to the plant.
