How far away are the lights??. The major cause of thin steams tends to be due to the plants stretching for light and thus becoming thin and usually fall over. :joint: And the fan will definitely help. Happy Growing :peace:

Yeah i agree with Twistyman, looks like a possible nute splash. Try flushing them, because its not to late in the flowering cycle to do so. And if that doesnt solve it you can always try adding more to see if it makes the problem worse/better.
