    Pretty Lonely Lady

A couple days after those last pics were taken, I got some 42w 6500k CFLs in the mail. I transplanted all three plants to large pots as seen below. This seemed to make them grow a lot faster and the leaves on the bottom looked better. I look at my plants just about every single day just to...

    Pretty Lonely Lady

Well... I'm starting a grow journal a bit late, as I am one week into my flowering light cycle. I figure better late than never. I started my grow with 3 plants that were germinated using a plastic bag and wet paper towel. I grew them up using 3 26w 6500k CFLs. The pics below are from when...

White widow, six weeks flower, is something wrong???

I noticed the same brown spotted pattern on some of my dying leaves. I've got gnats also, and think that they're the cause of it. I think they eat it when they're little (maybe when they're big too?) Not entirely sure though...

Need Help my CFL loving friends... Wiring a fixture.

Seems like you have the right idea, just as long as you buy that exact plug with the ground pole on it you should have no problems. Those vanity fixtures have instructions to hook it to house wiring and it's pretty much the same. As for size of cord, it doesn't matter so much since you're...

Switching from Shit Agro-Lite to CFLs, how many do I need?

I'd go with at least 8 CFLs 6500k Daylight 26 watts. They don't penetrate far so you may need more to point at the bottom of the plants. Wal-mart has them. They also make 42 watt ones that can be found on the internet in both Daylight and Warm light.

Light Fell on My PLant Help

I had my plants grow up into my CFLs after a long vacay. Two of my plants got burned way bad right on the main cola where new leaves grow from. As long as the light gets back to where it was and you don't stress them they should be fine. Funny thing about my experience is that it torched the...
