sorry never even answered your question . they will germinate like that just takes seed a while to soak up enough moisture to grow.i dont find temps cause a problem when germinating within reason .

harvesting when most trichomes cloudy or milky will give you a up heady energetic rushy high. harvesting when most trichomes are amber/orange will give narcotic couchlock high. harvesting at 50/50 cloudy and amber gives mix of both.

i agree ph way to high i ph with lemon juice because i grow organic . and to be safe add i tea spoon per gallon cal mag and do this once now, once in couple weeks that should sort out the magnesium deficincey .better safe than sorry

i could be wrong but i think its a combination of nitrogen abundance .slightly low humidity due to under watering . if you have a meter for testing nute strengths in ec or ppm check that as well as ph of runoff might be nute build up in soil .good flush should sort it .
