What do you look for in a strain for this? What do you avoid? I cant be the only one who's favorite thing to do high is get it on with the wife. If you know any strains that seem to be very good for this kind of fun please post them. If there are any that cause things like "can't get it up"...

Just got ph testers. Water was 7.0 and soil was 6.5. May try and get soil a little lower, or should I just wait until flowering when i'll be using nutes that will likely affect the ph?

Thanks a lot scotish Lad. The lights aren't as close as you would think. I think they are maybe 3-4 inches away. It isn't hot when I put my hand right above the leaves so I think it should be ok. I though with CFLs you want to keep them very close. My HPS is a little farther away. My setup...

Hi, I am also growing green house big bang. It is my first grow and I had a few PH questions. I am using Fox Farm soil and water that is 6.9 PH or a little higher. Haven't checked soil PH but I will try and hit the store to get a tester tomorrow. How do you recommend for the Big Bang getting...

Also when do you check it in relation to last time you watered. I know my water is about 6.9 maybe a little higher, but what can I use to check the soil that you can get at a local place that is very cheap. I don't plan on checking more than a few times. Thanks.
