its 6 stages to havest a crop EVERY 2 weeks all year long. you could make it work with 4 stages, but some plants mature slower than others, and visa versa, so 6 stages is a good standard.

    HELP NEEDED!! 1st indoor grow

just get creative, you have the most important part, just grow one plant, you dont have enough light for more than that. You can make a grow box out of a cardboard box if you need to, just something to trap the light, one plant isnt going to stink up your house, just keep an incense running...

i get Canna Coco, right out of the bag and into my pots. It has excelent drainage but also retains water and nutrients better than any other planting medium. The only crappy thing is you have to find a certified dealer, and only a few growshops are willing to go through the hassle to bring...

    Couple quick Questions

nah, your good, just compare weights with the next time you water. go ahead and just wait till the top becomes a little dry. something that i remember telling myself from my very first grow, and have kept with me today, is no regrets, only experience. What that meant to me, was that anything...

    Couple quick Questions

thats just a good way to learn how to guage the amount of water. once it starts to dribble, pick it up, and remember that weight, when you water, strive to keep it about that. Its hard to give you an exact amount of water per pot, as every mix differs.

soil i would even strive for 5.9-6.4 for optimum nutrient intake. anything between 6-7 will keep you good though.

ok, thewr#1, i wouldnt call canna coco an "advanced grower" line. it actually takes alot of the guesswork out growing... for someone like me who has toiled with PH, and nutrient deficiencys for a long time, i havent had any problems since i switched. i should get paid to sell this shit...

let me answer one post at a time, upinchronic, i dont think you would use seeded plants for our mini forest idea, a powercloner of some kind would be best. then you could root your cuttings, transplant them, i would give them 2 days of 24 hour light then throw them into the bloom room. as for...

    Couple quick Questions

that is one thing you have to get a feel for. the first couple of times water until some dribbles out the bottom, then get used to that weight, once your pots start to feel light, water them to about the same weight. The key isnt watering to much at once, but watering to much over time. Let...
