ya ur light is just way to far away i made the same mistake with my first grow but im going to to trying some new things this time around

hope u got some fans blowing across ur cfl an a exhaust or it will get really hot in there but it sounds like u have enough to grow a small plant hope u lst or scroging

u want about 50 watts or so per sq foot

will these harm ur plants or cause any fungal growth

how much dose ur hole hood weigh

i would go to home depot an get some 1/8 inch finishing wood an line the inside top to bottom but i would paint the side that rest against the fabric a dark color like black an the other flat white/the inside of ur grow box an then use some kind of sealant NOT CLEAR!!! an glue all the wood...

this would work great for a grow tent if ur only using cfls

to treat ur mag def use the epsom salt an take one teaspoon per gal of water but it wont hurt to be over a teaspoon just scoop an dump it in an shake it all up

i dont use em i just use the strips an i keep my ph at 6.5 all the way through

thats y the leafs are really saggy there sopose to be standing up nice an tall

do u have any fans in there around ur light to keep them cool

i tied mine down to but just to put the tops in the light more but i going to lst my next grow an im going to be getting a few more lights an a better fans i think ill need them
