It's looking for light. If you want to amplify the light you already have use aluminum foil, or supplement light. Like with CFL's.

From the pic it looks more like moss than mold, but if it's mold then increase ventilation and it should go away. Scrape off what is there if you are SURE that it's mold.

When I was a kid, we used to go camping, and we pee at the base of trees. The deer, for whatever reason, would eat away the bark where we had peed. Very confusing.

I've heard there are a lot around where I live. I had a friend who found some a few years ago while we were camping, we fried them in oil, they were delicious! I'll have to find some info and start looking in the woods.

There are incredible amounts of deer near the area I have plants. At one time I saw six deer in the vicinity of one of my plants. I read about an egg solution of 80/20 water and egg yolks respectively. I applied it to the plants a few days ago.Hopefully it's working. I'll keep posting on how...
