I've got a SS turkey baster $8 on amazon but it only holds about 12g max- but my favorite tube is a thickass 1-1/4" OD glass tube also from amazon it was $30 and holds 15-30g- came with a cool neoprene sleeve so you won't get frostbite...both work great depending upon amount of material to run

I'm using tap water with my aero setup- no problems to report- I think the best water to use is from the source that is easiest for you. Mineral water is not for growing though. I bought distilled water and spring/purified water my first few grows but found it's a waste of $$$ if your tap water...
